About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our team at SYSTRA. As a key member of our Operations and Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our railway systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations and Maintenance Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that operations and maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Interface Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective interface management and coordination.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge and expertise to identify and implement improvements to operations and maintenance processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to operations and maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, and customers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a strong background in railway systems and technical management.
  • Skills: Excellent technical knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead and manage projects.
