Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in liaising, analyzing, and documenting all aspects of projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of team needs, business objectives, and project limitations to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Coordinator will undertake Project Management duties for various initiatives as directed by the Manager of Innovation: Analytics & Projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination (80%): Oversee the entire lifecycle of specific projects, from strategic planning to tactical execution. Manage project schedules, communicate timelines, and follow up on outstanding tasks. Facilitate meetings, document discussions, and ensure timely communication of actions.
  • Process Improvement & Implementation (15%): Apply methodologies for process enhancement and assist in implementing new processes with relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Innovation and Skill Development (5%): Focus on ongoing skill development in areas such as Change Management, Project Management, and Process Standardization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in project management and process development is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
