Position: Project Controls Specialist

Location: Toronto, Ontario and across Canada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of project cost and control systems
  • Support proposal and estimation processes
  • Develop comprehensive, resource-allocated timelines
  • Track project performance and enforce project control measures
  • Produce project status updates
  • Evaluate project schedule and financial reports

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in project controls within the construction sector
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong communication abilities

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000

Working Conditions and Environment:

  • Main work location in Woodbridge, ON with travel across Canada
  • Exposure to construction site conditions throughout various seasons
