About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at DaSilva and Associates Inc. as an Interior Design Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interior design projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with designers and architects to develop design concepts, plans, and elevations for interior design projects.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and ensure that their requirements are met throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, architects, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that projects are being executed in accordance with the design plans and specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
