**About the Role**

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit risk management function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Lead and Manage Credit Risk Portfolio**: Oversee the financial risk management function, with a focus on credit risk and portfolio management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize risk-return trade-offs and support strategic decision-making.
  • **Risk Management Frameworks**: Design and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • **Risk Analysis and Reporting**: Perform portfolio deep dives and analysis to identify emerging risks and opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of risk metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs), and risk appetite metrics to senior management and relevant committees.
  • **Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis**: Develop and implement stress testing, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing frameworks to assess the resilience of our portfolios under various economic scenarios.
  • **Collaboration and Communication**: Collaborate closely with senior management, business units, and stakeholders to optimize risk-return trade-offs and support strategic decision-making. Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • **Industry Network and Insights**: Network within the industry through meetings, events, and involvement with trade organizations to stay abreast of emerging risk trends and credit products. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends impacting financial risk management.

  • Proven experience in credit risk management and portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, business units, and stakeholders.
