About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, labour costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for banquets and special functions.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and equipment to ensure they are adequate and in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a senior chef or culinary manager in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to develop and implement new recipes and menus.
