Nations Fresh Food is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Director to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from supplier to customer, optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of procurement, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing storage costs and waste.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory control software.
