About the Role

FUZION GLOBAL CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of logistics staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available when needed.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that logistics operations run efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Work Setting: Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handling heavy loads.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handling heavy loads.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
