Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate the restaurant's vision to all team members while leading by example.
  • Inspire the team with a compelling vision for the future, embodying the values of Mystic.
  • Regularly monitor and achieve the established standards of service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and senior management.
  • Foster a vibrant bar program that garners rave reviews.
  • Exhibit high personal integrity and business ethics, promoting the restaurant at every opportunity.
  • Identify and recruit top talent, overseeing training, development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to inspire the team.
  • Assist in tracking sales, invoicing, and inventory management with a keen business acumen.
  • Coach the management team to conduct well-informed briefings with service staff prior to each event.
  • Understand service needs and schedule accordingly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of management experience in a comparable environment.
  • A seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for inspiring others.
  • Proactively seek more efficient methods of operation.
  • Set and strive to achieve challenging goals for yourself and your team.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team, recognizing the strength in unity.
  • Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and quick thinking in dynamic situations.
