**Job Summary**

The Director, Privacy, CDAO, Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide privacy strategies and solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk Management, and Data Governance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of privacy strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on privacy-related matters, including data protection, consent, and data subject rights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in privacy.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs to educate employees on privacy policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in privacy and data protection, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
