Position Overview:
As a Client Experience Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive client journey and all service offerings, workshops, and events within a designated Sephora retail location. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing client service, maintaining sales floor standards, and leading the team, while also managing service-related areas such as the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, along with various beauty workshops.

  • Team Development: Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio (if applicable). Ensure that Coordinators and Beauty Studio staff are thoroughly trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive service excellence on a daily basis.
  • Innovation Integration: Guarantee that beauty advisors are well-trained and utilizing our technological advancements to enhance client interactions and elevate the in-store experience.
  • Client Journey Management: Oversee the online reservation system for services, ensuring the availability of beauty advisors and scheduling of classes. Maintain adequate staffing levels to facilitate a seamless client service experience.
  • Training & Growth: Implement training programs for all new hires and existing team members. Facilitate orientation and sales model training sessions whenever feasible.
  • Visual Presentation: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure all merchandising concepts and sales floor displays meet company standards. Maintain a tidy, organized sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates as needed.
  • Brand Collaboration: Ensure that beauty advisors effectively engage with visiting brand representatives. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and ensure that all brand representatives coach staff on their products.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building teams by attracting and developing talented leaders who drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
