Position Overview:
As a Client Experience Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the customer journey and manage services, classes, and events within a designated Sephora retail location. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing client service, maintaining sales floor standards, and leading the team, while also overseeing service areas such as the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio and various beauty classes.

  • Team Development: Lead daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio (as applicable). Ensure that coordinators are well-trained to effectively manage the Studio and promote services consistently.
  • Innovation Embrace: Guarantee that beauty advisors are thoroughly trained and utilize our technological advancements to enhance client interactions and elevate the in-store experience.
  • Client Engagement: Oversee the online reservation system for services, ensuring beauty advisors' availability and scheduling of classes. Maintain adequate staffing levels to facilitate a seamless client experience, particularly during check-in.
  • Training & Growth: Implement training programs for new hires and existing team members. Facilitate orientation and sales model training sessions whenever feasible.
  • Visual Presentation: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure all merchandising and sales floor displays align with company standards. Maintain a tidy, organized sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates as needed.
  • Brand Collaboration: Ensure beauty advisors effectively engage with visiting brand representatives. Provide feedback on training effectiveness and assist in coaching staff on product knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable retail environment.
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of building teams by attracting and nurturing talented leaders who can drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
