Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Carmel Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food meets our high quality standards and that our kitchen is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Manage inventory levels and create schedules for our kitchen staff.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
