Restaurant Manager

Carmel Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Food Quality: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
Working Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language required.
