Job Summary

The Arts and Science Undergraduate Society (ASUS) is seeking a highly skilled Web Director to lead the development and maintenance of our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Strategy: Create and execute a digital strategy that enhances our online presence, engages our audience, and supports our organizational goals.
  • Manage Online Content: Oversee the creation, publication, and maintenance of online content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across all aspects of our organization.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all online content and digital assets adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze website metrics, social media engagement, and other digital performance indicators to inform future digital strategy and optimization.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional support to our members, stakeholders, and the broader university community through regular office hours and responsive communication.
Requirements
  • Strong Digital Leadership Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive engagement and achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including members, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform digital strategy and optimization.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
