Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP program is preferred.
- Engagement within a retail business setting.
- Oversee and guide staff, including apprentices and design teams.
- Address and resolve issues related to products and services.
- Conduct evaluations and performance reviews for team members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate, delegate, and assess work assignments.
- Order necessary materials and supplies for operations.
- Perform duties similar to those of the staff being supervised.
- Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Facilitates access to Elders for Indigenous workers seeking guidance.
- Provides training to foster a welcoming environment for mature workers.
- Offers diversity and cross-cultural training to support visible minorities.
- Type of Employment: Permanent
