Customer Service Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our retail operations at Ben's Building Materials Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
The successful candidate will work in a retail business setting, managing a small team and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor staff, including apprentices and design team members.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues.
- Conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
- Order necessary materials and supplies for operations.
- Perform the same duties as the team members you supervise.
This position involves supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
