Key Responsibilities

  • Support new business acquisition and develop capture strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Lead proposal response efforts for all LOI/RFI/ITQ/DRFP/RFP in accordance with our Business Acquisition Process and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance to a diverse team of cross-functional proposal personnel.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, develop proposal artifacts, and supporting artifacts such as proposal outline, compliance matrix, storyboard plan, and delivery plan.
  • Support bid approval team reviews and manage the disposition of review comments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior business development, capture management, proposal or program management experience in the defence industry.
  • Successful completion of an MBA from a recognized University is an asset.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in shaping a strategy that has led to successful program wins.
  • Detailed knowledge of Federal Government Contracting and Procurement and associated processes, particularly within the Department of National Defence.
  • Experience in SalesForce or other CRM applications.
  • Previous experience managing and developing proposals for large scale Government products and services minimum of $10 million.
