Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Apprentice Technician to join our team. As a key member of our "we can do that" operation, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, while developing practical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic vehicle care and maintenance, including oil change, lubrication work, filter replacement, and tire rotation/replacement
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding the vehicle
  • Document all vehicle repair and maintenance performed, on the repair order
  • Road test vehicles, as required
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
  • Post Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Proven commitment to quality of work
