About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and complex repairs on compact cars and light-duty fleets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general mechanical services on multiple vehicles, including routine maintenance and complex repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify potential mechanical opportunities.
- Assist in the development of our mechanical program and contribute to the growth of our team.
- Mentor apprentices and nurture the next generation of mechanics.
- Assume a lead role and contribute to the success of our service team.

- Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects.
