Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Service Worker to join our team at Terrace and District Community Services Society. As a Community Service Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Assess clients' needs and develop individualized plans to address their challenges.
  • Community Outreach: Establish relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their well-being.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Maintain accurate records and participate in evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
