Your Role...

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving vehicle sales to meet volume and profit objectives
  • Serving as the primary contact between the dealership and customers throughout the purchasing journey
  • Crafting and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Listening attentively to customer needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Communicating vehicle specifications, features, advantages, and pricing effectively
  • Conducting vehicle test drives with potential buyers

About You...

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales, with qualifications including:

  • 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in a sales role; experience in the automotive sector is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • Valid OMVIC license in good standing
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Self-driven and motivated with a commitment to excellence
  • A desire to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
