About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with technicians to identify and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare and update repair orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information on service recommendations and estimated costs.
- Perform road tests to assess customer concerns and ensure quality of work.
- Meet or exceed departmental repair order production standards.
- Perform other service-related duties as required by management.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- 2-5 years of service advisor experience preferred.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to customers.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
