About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recommend necessary service and repair work for customers, ensuring that all work is accurately documented and communicated.
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and establishing trust.
- Work closely with technicians to identify and prioritize service and repair work, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and update repair orders, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately recorded and communicated to customers.
- Provide customers with clear and concise estimates and recommendations for service and repair work, ensuring that all options are clearly explained and understood.
- Perform road tests of customer vehicles to assess and diagnose any issues, ensuring that all work is accurately documented and communicated.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed departmental repair order production standards, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other service-related duties as required by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- 2-5 years of service advisor experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- CDK experience is an asset.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with a high emphasis on good customer satisfaction and selling capabilities.
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to customers.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
