  • Work closely with technicians to identify and prioritize service and repair work, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and update repair orders, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately recorded and communicated to customers.
  • Provide customers with clear and concise estimates and recommendations for service and repair work, ensuring that all options are clearly explained and understood.
  • Perform road tests of customer vehicles to assess and diagnose any issues, ensuring that all work is accurately documented and communicated.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed departmental repair order production standards, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other service-related duties as required by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • 2-5 years of service advisor experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-oriented with a high emphasis on good customer satisfaction and selling capabilities.
  • Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to customers.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
