- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- + years proven leadership in a senior leadership role within Financial Services and proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering impactful results.
- Proven experience in developing and executing infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and foster innovation.
- Extensive expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, network management, infrastructure security, and IT governance.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for inspiring teams, building consensus, and driving organizational change.
- Strong business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate technology trends into actionable insights that drive business value.
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft cloud platform, including Office 365, Azure, and other associated services and products in Microsoft's cloud ecosystem to drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency within the organization's infrastructure and operations.
- Experience with agile methodologies and practices, with a demonstrated ability to drive agility and responsiveness in infrastructure operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving value and innovation.
