Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Advisor to join our team at Envision Financial. As a Member Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, identifying their financial needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide personalized service to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Member Transactions: Process a full range of member transactions, including account openings, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Branch Goals: Support the achievement of annual branch goals and objectives by promoting Envision Financial's products and services, participating in branch campaigns, and identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities.
  • Other Responsibilities: Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and regulations, participate in process improvement initiatives, and strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Branch/Team Support: Collaborate with team members to build a positive and diverse work environment, assist with mentoring and training, and address communication issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required; College, Trade, or Tech School Diploma (2 years) preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of retail/customer service experience or equivalent required; sales and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with current and potential members, and demonstrated ability to identify needs and recommend products and services.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office.
Compensation

Salary Range: $24.97 per hour. Please note that the salary range mentioned in this job posting should serve as a guide. The final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate's skills and experience.
