Position Summary
We are seeking a Claims Representative I specializing in Property FNOL (First Notice of Loss) to enhance our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate new claims through phone and in-person interactions with clients, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
- Conduct interviews with the insured and witnesses to gather detailed accounts of incidents.
- Evaluate claims to determine coverage eligibility based on policy specifications.
- Analyze collected information to make informed decisions regarding liability and assess damages.
- Resolve claims fairly and efficiently, ensuring validation of damages and processing of payments.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada is required; prior Canadian work experience is not mandatory.
