Job Opportunity at CSA Group

CSA Group is seeking a Co-op Student to support our Operational Excellence team in driving change through the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data and process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with project execution and team facilitation to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support the Membership team with administrative tasks associated with the annual conference.
  • Interface with membership and standards development teams to coordinate activities.
Requirements:
  • Completion of second year or higher in an undergraduate program.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, change management, and project management is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of standards development and business processes is an asset.
  • Experience working with volunteers and/or multi-stakeholder groups is an asset.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent people skills, including managing relationships, facilitating, and networking.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • High degree of self-motivation, initiative, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Strong computer skills, including word processing, presentation software, project planning software, and spreadsheets.
