Job Summary:

On Side Restoration is seeking a skilled Remediation Specialist to join our team. As a Remediation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe work area from asbestos and mould by removing and remediating potential dangers from the work site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify asbestos and mould contamination
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to safely remove contaminated materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Perform regular equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on remediation progress

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scope of work
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Asbestos remediation ticket
  • Background in demolition or construction
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
