Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2 to 8 individuals in demolition-type jobs, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of remediation specialists in demolition-type jobs, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Conduct site assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with customers, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly maintained and used in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
- Develop and implement efficient work processes to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on crew performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and safety.
- Liaise with safety coordinators and management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in restoration or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift or move up to 10 kg and occasionally assist with heavier objects.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$30.00 per hour.
- Overtime pay.
- 8-hour shift schedule with opportunities for overtime.
