We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Business Analyst to join our Payments and Cash Management team at the National Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition of new processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including product owners, business line partners, and IT teams.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to deliver business solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
