Job Title: Commercial Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team at OnPoint Talent Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various technical and administrative tasks related to recurring and non-recurring projects.
  • Oversee all aspects of light construction projects, including administrative tasks to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved.
  • Manage and organize project documentation and contracts.
  • Manage and track projects from start to finish.
  • Advise senior management on matters requiring escalation.
  • Provide daily support to project teams as directed by management.
  • Collect and manage submittals.
  • Distribute as-built drawings.
  • Arrange project meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Produce weekly construction schedules and update clients.

Requirements:

  • Construction degree or diploma.
  • Two years of working experience within a construction environment.
  • Two years of project coordination or project administrator experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A high level of Excel functionality.
