Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Release Coordinator to join our team at Accoravillage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing orders to the plant and communicating with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and translate site information from various in-house programs.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to procure materials for production.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, site personnel, and installers.
- Ensure accurate breakdown of orders and timely delivery of materials.
- Perform other duties as required by the department.
- Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and computer applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet project deadlines.
- Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
