Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at Summit Life Vacations Inc. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Oversee Operational Logistics: Supervise the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review team member performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate and Assign Work: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
