Nurturing Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Specialist to provide exceptional care for children in a private household setting. This role involves ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while supporting the developmental needs of children.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary education
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
- In-home care within the employer's residence
- Engagement in activities and responsibilities that promote child welfare
- Take full charge of household duties in the absence of parents
- Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks
- Care for clothing and linens through washing, ironing, and pressing
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and feeding of infants and children
- Implement discipline strategies as directed by parents
- Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills
- Ensure a safe and healthy living environment
- Organize recreational activities, including games and outings
- Prepare and serve healthy meals
- Assist children during rest periods
- Supervise and attend to children's needs
- Support the emotional well-being of children
- Prepare meals as needed
- Ability to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
- Personal Attributes: Client-focused, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, flexibility, initiative, sound judgment, organizational skills, reliability, teamwork, effective time management, patience, and honesty
