About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at AmSe - Private Household. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a private household setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Development: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry, ironing, and meal preparation.
  • Education and Enrichment: Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including supervising children during meals and activities.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and other household members to ensure a smooth and harmonious household.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Availability: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
