Position Overview

AmSe - Private Household is seeking a dedicated Child Care Provider to ensure the well-being and development of children in a private home setting. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in childcare is preferred.
Work Environment

The position is based in the employer's home, where the caregiver will work closely with the family to meet the children's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain cleanliness.
  • Care for infants and children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Implement discipline methods as directed by parents.
  • Guide children in personal hygiene and social skills.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Assist children during rest periods.
  • Supervise and provide emotional support to children.
Weight Handling

Ability to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
