Job Title: Strategic Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Change Manager to join our Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) team. As a key member of our Technology Change Enablement Team, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing technology change controls and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technology change controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide oversight and education on change enablement practices to ensure effective implementation and adherence to change process requirements.
  • Manage KPIs and KRIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Change Advisory Board to facilitate meetings and investigate change-related incidents.
  • Develop and implement the Operational Change Enablement strategy for Technology globally.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ITIL v3/4 foundation or above and previous experience working with internal/external audit and regulators.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, and Jive.
