At Testing Four Company, we are seeking a skilled Mechanic Training Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance, repair, and overhaul team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of our aircraft engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines to meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Inspect engine modules and components to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced technicians to achieve maximum quality and efficiency.
  • Complete accurate and detailed paperwork to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Adhere to all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of engines and components.
  • Previous experience with routine induction and dismantle of engines and components.
  • Minimal experience required.
