- Ensure HR projects adhere to relevant laws and regulations
- Provide training and development for staff
- Create and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Supervise job classification and evaluation processes
- Administer contracts and agreements
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Analyze employee data and metrics
- Develop effective communication strategies
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports
- Advise executive leadership on HR matters
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct evaluations of employee performance
- Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals
- Proficient in MS Windows
