  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including opening and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Scheduling and Travel Arrangements: Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and external clients.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
