- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Meeting and Event Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure a productive work environment.
- Scheduling and Travel Arrangements: Schedule and confirm appointments, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees and external clients.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
