Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve auto collision claims in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work autonomously in a digital environment and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with best practices in claims handling
- Contribute to special projects and provide feedback to support Aviva's ongoing initiatives to provide an outstanding customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in auto claims adjusting or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
- Ability to work in a digital environment and undertake online tasks
- Genuine curiosity and inquisitive approach to making improvements to processes to create a positive customer experience
