As the Location Designer Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee the artistic direction and development of the locations featured in our productions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and upholding the visual style and quality of location designs.
  • Leading a dedicated team of Location Designers.
  • Offering constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to ensure alignment with the artistic vision.
  • Reviewing and approving final designs to meet production timelines.
  • Collaborating closely with various departments for seamless integration of location designs.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality and creativity of location designs.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • A degree in art, animation, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Location Designer Supervisor within the animation sector.
  • Exceptional artistic and creative abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills to effectively guide a team of artists.
  • Familiarity with 2D animation principles and methodologies.
