About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Lead to join our team at Augmenta. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our software products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of our software products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and driving design excellence.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience with design systems and tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
