About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Lead to join our team at Leads.io. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading the development of innovative and performance-driven ad creative strategies.

As a Senior Design Lead, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing managers and other teams to ensure that our creative strategies are aligned with client goals and that each project leads to great results.

You'll be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing design team, developing and producing high-quality visuals and ad creatives optimized for performance across digital platforms, and using data and insights to improve design and creative outcomes.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating engaging social video ads and has a knack for inspiring others. If you have experience leading a team of young professionals in video production, motion design, or similar fields, and are proficient in design tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with a team of creative specialists to develop and produce video ad content that stands out on social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop and produce high-quality visuals and ad creatives optimized for performance across digital platforms.
  • Use data and insights to improve design and creative outcomes.
  • Partner with our experimentation and data teams to improve designs by using real performance data.
  • Stay current with the latest trends in design and social video, and bring that knowledge into your team's work to create content that resonates across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team of young professionals in video production, motion design, or similar fields.
  • Experience in creating engaging social video ads.
  • Proficiency in design tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Curiosity about emerging trends in social video and digital advertising.
