As a trusted advisor, this role will provide a blend of support from leadership coaching, strategy, and hands-on implementation. Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level organizational change management support in an enterprise-level business environment
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies
  • Provide relevant consultation and analysis
  • Interact with all levels of the organization to present information
  • Present to stakeholders, including C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with internal business teams regarding initiative requirements and progress, liaising between business units and technical teams

Qualifications:

  • Expert-level organizational change management experience in enterprise-level business environments, working on large-scale transformation programs
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • High-level consulting skills
  • General IT knowledge
  • Experience in oil and gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry is an asset
  • Ability to provide and participate in both tactical and strategic solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of PROSCI practices

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful implementation of organizational change management strategies
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery
