Organizational Design Specialist

Sierra Space is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Organizational Design Intern to join our Human Resources team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in organizational design, culture transformation, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the analysis and design of organizational structures, roles, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving organizational effectiveness
- Conduct research on best practices in organizational design and human resource management
- Compile and analyze data related to workforce planning, team member surveys, and organizational performance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and communication within the HR team and across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational challenges and implement effective HR solutions
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and user guides for HR initiatives and programs
- Participate in HR meetings and provide input on current practices and potential enhancements

We offer a competitive salary range of $30.80 per hour, as well as a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
