Job Title: Client Partner

At Snap Inc., we're looking for a talented Client Partner to join our team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snap.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities that align with Snap's goals and objectives.
  2. Client Service and Support: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
  4. Client Education and Training: Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices to help them maximize their ROI.
  5. Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend performance enhancements to drive better results.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Snap's products and services.
Requirements:
  1. Marketing and Sales Experience: 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience.
  2. Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
  3. Team Player: A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of growing top-to-bottom relationships with clients and agencies, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  2. Creative Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
