Job Title: Client Partner for Financial Services

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead our Financial Services vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Account Planning and Governance: Create and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  4. Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our services.
  5. Client Introductions and Context: Provide client introductions and context to our internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  6. MSA/SOWs/Payments: Manage Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  7. Escalation and Complaint Resolution: Resolve delivery escalations and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  2. Experience: 11+ years of experience in sales/relationship management/account management, with a strong track record of interacting with CXO-level client contacts.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers, with experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
