Job Title: Roofer Helper

SR Construction and Renovations is seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofer Helper to join our team. As a Roofer Helper, you will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and mixing and pouring concrete.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Reliability and dependability
Work Environment:

As a Roofer Helper, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on safety and quality. You will be required to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
